At All Out, we understand the importance of ensuring a safe and fun environment for players of all ages. That’s why we’ve made it easy for parents to manage their child’s gameplay experience through our Parental Controls feature. By enabling parental controls, parents can restrict access to certain game features, such as voice and text chat, helping to create a safer space for young players.
What Can Parental Controls Do?
Parental controls allow you to:
•Disable Voice Chat: Prevent your child from hearing or participating in voice conversations with other players.
•Disable Text Chat: Disable the text chat function, ensuring your child can’t send or receive messages from other players.
Additionally, parental controls are protected by a 4-digit PIN code that only you, as the parent, can set and use to access or change these settings.
How to Enable Parental Controls
Follow these simple steps to set up parental controls for your child’s All Out account:
1. Log In: Go to the All Out account management page and log in using the account credentials.
2. Access Parental Controls: Under Manage Account, you’ll find the Parental Controls section (as shown in the image below).
3. Select Restrictions:
•To disable voice chat, check the box next to Disable Voice Chat.
•To disable text chat, check the box next to Disable Text Chat.
4. Set a 4-Digit PIN Code:
•Enter a 4-digit PIN code of your choice. Please write this code down, as it cannot be recovered or reset after saving.
5. Save Your Settings: Once you’ve configured your settings, click Save Parental Controls to apply the restrictions.
Important Notes:
•The 4-digit PIN is crucial for managing and changing these settings. Make sure to store it safely, as there’s no way to recover or reset it once set.
•These controls apply to all devices where the game is played, ensuring consistent parental oversight no matter where your child accesses the game.
•You can return to the parental controls at any time to adjust settings or remove restrictions by logging into your account and entering your 4-digit PIN.
