How do I subscribe to VIP?
You can subscribe to VIP in several ways:
- On the web: Visit the Shop and select your preferred VIP tier
- On iOS: Open the Shop in the All Out app and subscribe through the App Store
- On Android: Open the Shop in the All Out app and subscribe through Google Play
Can I try VIP before committing?
Yes! First-time subscribers can start with a free 7-day trial of our VIP tier. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. After the trial, VIP automatically renews at $9.99/month.
Note: The free trial is only available for the base VIP tier and only for players who have never had a VIP subscription before.
What are Sparks and why do I want them?
Sparks are All Out's premium currency. You can use them to:
- Purchase exclusive outfits and emotes in the Shop
- Buy Battle Pass levels
- Gift items to friends
- And more!
VIP members receive bonus Sparks every day they play, which adds up quickly over the course of a month.
How do I claim my daily Sparks bonus?
Simply play the game! When you log in and play each day, your Sparks bonus is automatically added to your account. The amount you receive depends on your VIP tier:
- VIP: 50 Sparks/day
- VIP+: 116 Sparks/day
- Mega VIP: 300 Sparks/day
What are private servers?
Private servers let you create your own game lobby that only you and your friends can join. This is perfect for:
- Playing games with just your friend group
- Practicing without random players
- Hosting private tournaments or events
All VIP tiers include private server access.
How does the free daily wheel spin work?
VIP+ and Mega VIP members get one free spin on the Lucky Wheel every day! The wheel resets every 24 hours, so make sure to log in daily to claim your spin and win free cosmetics or Sparks.
Can I upgrade my VIP tier?
Yes! You can upgrade from VIP to VIP+ or Mega VIP at any time through the VIP menu in the Shop.
How do I cancel my VIP subscription?
The cancellation process depends on where you originally subscribed:
If you subscribed on the web (Stripe):
- Go to the Shop in All Out
- Click on "Manage VIP"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
If you subscribed through Apple:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find "All Out" in the list
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
If you subscribed through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap on your profile icon
- Select "Payments & subscriptions"
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find "All Out" in the list
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel your VIP subscription, you keep all your benefits until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on the 15th but your renewal date is the 30th, you'll have VIP access until the 30th.
After your subscription ends:
- You'll no longer receive daily Sparks bonuses
- You won't be able to create private servers
- You'll lose access to VIP-exclusive quests and daily wheel spins
- Your VIP badge will no longer appear
However, any cosmetics, outfits, or emotes you purchased or earned during your membership are yours to keep forever.
I subscribed on my phone but want to manage it on my computer (or vice versa). Can I do that?
Your VIP benefits work across all platforms, but subscription management must be done through the original platform where you subscribed:
- Apple subscriptions → Manage through iOS Settings
- Google Play subscriptions → Manage through Google Play Store
- Web subscriptions → Manage through the All Out website
