If you notice charges on your Credit/Debit card, Google Play account, or App Store account that you did not authorize, please contact Customer Support before disputing any charges. Once a charge has been disputed, a refund cannot be issued due to the payment provider’s dispute process. All Out works with multiple payment providers to provide a safe and secure purchasing experience. Please continue reading for more information on contacting us or a third-party provider for unauthorized charges.
All purchases on All Out are final, but if you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly or without authorization, please follow the steps below.
For payments made through the Apple App Store & Google Play Store, you will need to contact those providers directly. All Out is not able to process refunds made through those stores
For all other payment methods, please contact Customer Support with the following information:
- List of the charges by date and amount. You can find them here: https://allout.game/account/transactions
- Billing Name
- Username
- Copy of or screenshot of any receipt received relating to the purchase
